Open up the PTO case and spray bearings and moving metal with Triflow.Let it soak in, a good way to use the Triflow is direct a heat gun, (Hair dryer) onto the brass parts that rotate, then spray on the Triflow. As the metal coils it will "suck up" the lubricant. Don't ever use WD 40 as a lubricant!
