It should be easy to find a substitute relay. On www. reichelt.de 
<http://reichelt.de/> ask for their (inch thick) catalogue, on pp 904-905 are 
shown numerous subminiature relays, all < 2 $.

When you have  the distance and location of pins of the faulty relay you easily 
find a substitute.
