  TEN TEC 580 DELTA  with 285 filter. NO Mic! Copy of manual and power cord.  
The DELTA works as it should on all bands except no output on 10 MHZ. It does 
not have a noise blanker. It has some scratches on the top. This is not a like 
new 40 year old radio. It has been used and still works good. $300 shipped.TNX
