I actually talked to a Ten Tec guy today at 865-365-2295. He was not the
parts expert and suggested I call back Monday and ask for Robert. The guy I
spoke with was very friendly and sorry that he was not as knowledgeable as
Robert.
BTW, Ten Tec does eventually respond to emails sent to service@tentec.com.
