I don't own an Eagle BUT it looks like the drivers etc may be on this page.

The Eagle has a USB port and does not need a USB to serial converter. But the 
Eagle does require a driver that makes the Eagle's USB port appear as a serial 
port.
This driver is on the old tentec website but where is that now?
