Short answer: The Auction Site or your local hamfest/mailing list (for 
junker rigs) if Ten-Tec isn't producing these.
Long answer: 3D printing or someone with a mold shop goes into business 
reproducing this part and the ubiquitous T-T selector knobs then makes a 
tidy bit of coin.
