[TenTec] Paragon vs Paragon II - PLL

I have two Paragon-IIs in my HF lineup. Each are used continuously 
(they're the only rigs featuring general-coverage HF receivers inline at 
the moment) and apart from having to replace the RTC chips this past 
December they've been flawless in the several years I've had them.
