well called TT service again yesterday am…day before had filled out the return
authorization form as per the RKR website but did not get anything back via
email…

So the TT tech stated that RKR was having problems with the website….and he
sent me an email with the return number….and then also had the following..

Item Quantity Description Rate Amount
TLH Service 1 Technician Labor Hours 110.00 110.00
Contact you w/ shipping costs. 1 0.00 0.00
Subtotal 110.00
Tax 10.73
Total $120.73

Is TT now charging for a brief telephone consultation? I have called TT through
the years and never had to pay a tech for phone consultation..
