When my VI+ developed this problem, low output on 30M, it was accompanied by no 
output on 160M.  I sent it in to TT and they replaced all the relays on the 
filter board.  I don't know what else might have been done.  At the moment, I 
have NO output, or input either, on 30M, intermittently.
