I found a file folder with some manuals for Ten Tec gear that I was selling off... in one of the folders I discovered I had purchased one of their active antenna kits several years' back, stashed it away, and forgot about it!! Out of curiosity, has anyone played around with these antennas, and if so, I'd be curious to know how well they worked. I've been using a few Sony AN-1 active whips for casual monitoring on SW and AM BCB; and find active antennas are useful, but not the best option.
