Re-seat all plug in cables associated with the 20m section of the
receiver. Check tightness of any screws that serve to ground the ground
plane of the board. Inspect the bandswitch with a strong pen light and
see if there is obvious corrosion on the switch contacts at the 20m
setting. Rotate the switch vigorously from 20 to 40, and 20 to next
band higher if any doubt.
