[TenTec] Who is the Group Moderator for the Scout group?

I managed to find a used Scout with most band modules, but "untested" and no
power plug.

Don't have it yet and won't have time to play with it until after
Friedrichshafen, but then I want to get is fixed and on the air.

 

I tried to join the Scout group yesterday but never got a confirmation that
I was accepted.

Who is the group moderator, or did that group simply fade away?
