I don't work much split in CW contests.
It's pretty rare, usually not at all.
And I just am not into SSB contests.
The diversity receive is of course an interesting feature on 160, "if" you
have the space and the antennas. I never have and most likely never will.
I guess that's why they sell more than just one kind of radio.

Rick it's more the way I work split frequency pile ups than a skimmer thing.
Also I had hopes for a diversity receive setup for 160m...thus the
RX-366.....that is now discontinued.
Am glad to have my OII though....
