The RF Concepts name was used when Alpha was purchased.
Michael AA6DY has been looking to add product line extensions since
he acquired Alpha. TT certainly extends the RFC lineup.
RFC was a brand of Amps which was acquired by Alpha I believe, then
used as the Parent company holding Alpha.
This is good for TT... it will be exciting ,,,,
all my opinions, with some extra insights

One of my concerns is whether the primary shareholders of either co.
cashed out. The statement says that the new entity will be called RF
Concepts. I don't know of this has a bearing on whether the Ten Tec brand
will continue, or even if those with the most to gain/lose have given up
their interest in Ten Tec.
For us the consumers the announcement raises more questions than it answers.
