I'm a little late with the reply here, but I think this needs to be said. It
is a rarity indeed to see a spokesman for a U.S. company give a "mea culpa"
simply because they didn't bring a product to market as promised.
To me, this says a lot about Ten-Tec's commitment to customer service, not to
mention the continued support of their legacy products (which is also rare.)
This reinforces my intent to continue owning, and buying, Ten-Tec products.
Just my $0.02 worth.
