Right, and as Phil and I previously alluded to, the single opamp gain stage
of the Corsair II mic input uses 15K/10K resistors, for a whopping 3.5dB
available gain if my rusty circuit analysis is correct. That's why Phil
suggesting upping the 15K feedback resistor.
