[TenTec] Omni D parts unit

All this talk of old Omni restoration reminds me that I have a half 
stripped Omni D donor in the closet.

PA, PTO, display, preselector assy are gone but have most of the other 
boards, switches, hardware.

Let me know if you need something for your project and I'll see if I 
still have it. Make an offer + postage basis.
