I have a SX28 sitting on the bench that I recieved from another ham when I
liquidated his radios. It needs a lot of tender loving care and is available.
Has not worked in years.

Good question - but I'm not the owner. I'm simply checking it out for
him. He owned an SX28 when he was a teenager in the 1960s - I think this
is a "nostalgia trip" for him rather than a restoration project :)
