On the 544, I'd change R-11 from 680 ohms to 4700 ohms, or C-3 from 33 to 47
ufd. Not both.
As Jerry said, on R-35, you can cut the ground foil run and bridge the gap
with a 4700 ohm.
These resistors can be 1/4 watt.
That should get you close.
