Tonight while enjoying a nice CW ragchew, the other OM told me that my rig was changing frequency about 100 HZ when keyed. I have never been told this before, so I experimented a bit, and it looks like that happens according to the display. The counter shows an increase in frequency when keyed of about that amount. It seems to do it with both the internal PTO and the external VFO. I have checked, and the offset is switched off. Does anyone have an idea of what is happening here? 73, Steve WA9JML _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
