I bought a 544 without the filter, WTB postings yielded nothing, of course
Ten-Tec no longer sells the filter. Fortunately, owned a 540 with a 245
installed, so cloned the filter. It isn't very complex, just a couple of
dual op amps. Parts cost a total of about $15, had a pcb made by tracing
the lands from the 245 on-hand, unfortunately the holes for the pins used to
plug the board ended up being a little off. Still, I was able to make
everything fit and now the 544 has a working filter too. Vector board with
point-to-point wiring would probably work as well.
I got a pdf from somewhere of the circuit but it is on my other computer
about 60 miles from here. Will send it to you after the holiday.
