Regarding Dumb Help Desk Questions =
WordPerfect Corporation was famous for giving free help
advice back in the 1980s - they got so many stupid callers
asking for help, the first question they would ask a caller
was, "Do you have a computer" ... The second question
was, "Is it turned on?"
It seems a lot of people purchased the software and did
not even know it needed a computer !
