You can renew for free at the FCC website. You need to know your FRN
(Federal Registration Number).. it's usually printed on your license.
It's very easy, and usually takes about a week to process. The FCC
mails you a sheet of paper with two "licenses" printed on it.. one
which can be framed, and the other is wallet size.
