Rule 1 is use the minimum inductance. With an L-network there really should
only be one match, or all apparent matches should be very close to the same
settings.
I suppose if there needs to be a rule 2, it would be use more air capacitor
and less fixed capacitor (lower number on the switch), should only be a
choice at the edges of each range.
