Jim,
You'll probably make more money overall by selling the modules off one by one,
if you don't mind the hassle of mailing that many packages. You'll give one
ham a really good deal if you sell it as a single package.
I don't have a good idea of a price, but it seems when Ten-Tec sold used
Scout's with modules, the selling price as based on something like $20 or $25
per module, and where the main rig alone was at least $295 or something similar
(or higher depending on condition). When sold individually, the price on
various sites for modules seems closer to $50 to $65 a piece depending on
popularity (the WARC bands, including 30 meters, plus 160 meters, being the
more expensive, harder to get modules).
If it was me, I'd try to sell the entire set first at five-hundred something.
And if it doesn't sell, then slowly work downward in price until you'd rather
split things up.
Kevin, K9iua
'who is otherwise missing just the 30 and 160 meter modules to complete his set
for an Argo Scout (or Scout, as I have one of each rig).
