[TenTec] 715 Processor with a HC4 Pro-Set?

I just received the 715 processor and am using it with a Heil HC-4
Pro-Set as well as a FT-1000D.   I find the unit is extremely sensitive
to the HC4 and overdrives the FT-1000D very easily.  

Anyone else using one of these with a HC4 Heil and seeing the same?
