I bought some fairly heavy duty 1" copper foil tape in 60' rolls for about
$5 a roll on eBay. As long as it is not in an area where it could be
scratched or torn, it would probably fit the bill also.

a halo ground around your house, bonded to the power ground rod, made of
no. 10 wire, and it will meet the impedance ideal of utilities, and
lower the potential between radio ground and power ground. 200 feet of
no. 10 was sufficient for their need to adequately lightning ground a
substation in rocky terrain where no practical driven rod would work.
Wide flat strap would be nice for low RF impedance. One such material
is bronze weatherstripping that was popular on older houses before the
days of many synthetic rubbers and plastic foams.
You can still find rolls of that in old hardware stores.
