Plus is an excellent CW rig along with the Paragon II if you wish to have a 
general coverage receiver.  And then of course there is the "investment" 
factor  as to how much you intend to spend for a back-up rig.

I prefer one that my accessories for the primary rig work equally well with 
the back-up rig with no change in connectors required.  This includes, power 
supply although I have a 2nd power supply and then the mike and paddle and 
any other options such as filters and etc.

I am looking to add another back-up rig to the shack. 100% operation is CW. 
I am considering a Omni VI or Jupiter. What does everyone recommend?
