Well, not any charger. You wouldn't charge a 7Ahr SLA with a 10Amp Automobile charger. But as long as the Amps of the charger are in line with what is recommended for the battery you should be fine. And that charger would probably work for those other battery types - just take longer depending up on charger "size" and battery "size".
