[TenTec] ORION II Problem

Been off the air for a few months, ORION II S/N 06C10135, has the following 
symptoms.
 

No RX without the preamp turned on Main receiver, all bands all modes
No power output, SWR 1.0: 1 all bands all antennas
Did not do any resets, diagnostics???
Verified all menu Items back to the recorded settings and compared to the ORION 
I that is still good
 
Any suggestiosn to avoid the big box hassel?
