I just opened my as new Millen 90651 G-D meter, and lo and behold, I have a
manual for it. 10 pages including schematics. I can scan and email if it

Says the operation IS the same as the 90651. I recall a QST article
about how tough it was to make the solid state dipper function like the
tube dipper.
Still may by Caywood, but there's not much that google found about
Caywood.
