Hi Arron:........I used to own a Drake T/R-7, it was a good rig passing NTS
and MARS program.
When they went out of business I was interested in doing business with a USA
mfg and switched over
from Yaesu and Drake to TenTec equipment. There is a lot of good equipment
in the marketplace so take your time to shop around and purchase equipment
that is guaranteed by the seller or your $$$$
back. Your Kenwood #520S will make a good back-up rig for you.
