Increase it above the nominal 100W that it is designed to output? Why?
Even if he could double the power to 200W (there's no way it would do this)
he would only increase the signal at the other end by 3 dB, theoretically.
That's about half an S-unit. I don't see the reason, and it would certainly
reduce the life of the final power FET's.
