The TXEN TXOUT jacks are for a keying loop..... think "a series of contact
closures to enable the transceiver to go into transmit". most likely either
the QSK mod will work with the TT keying loop or you can add a reed relay to
pull the amp into transmit.
The relay output jack is just a NO contact that closes when the Omni is put
into transmit by PTT or VOX. It is not designed for QSK switching.
