After posting this question I went back and
touched the ball bearings with the razor and
they all came out. I guess the grease lighting
finally soaked in and loosened the grease.
73 back to the rebuild.

I have the rebuild kit from TenTec. Following the directions everything was
going fine till I had to remove the ball bearings. They won't come out. I
have tried alcohol and Grease Lighting. This product seems to melt the
grease. No luck. They just seem to be stuck in the brass. I was thinking of
a little heat from a soldering iron might loosen them. Would like some ideas
before I destroy it. Thanks in advance.
