The point is that there are other alternatives to seeing KE6YX unnecessarily
hacking up the back of the tuner.
If Ken doesn't feel that ANY laptop power supply should be considered
because SOME generate RF noise... fine. Look for a surplus Astron PS-3 or
similar low current power supply with some quality construction. Build one
from parts. Whatever.
The issue is that KE6YX needs a simple way to switch off the bulb in his
tuner without powering it off the Corsair for use with other rigs. Let's
not lose sight of that!

Watch out for RF noise from these things. You may be batter off with a
plain non-switched mode wall wart.
