Yes. The RTTY filter is built for the first IF (9 MHz) and is already
shifted. The 2nd IF, 6.3 MHz, needs to be offset to match, so, yes, that
turns out to be just where you have it set. Remember, center is placed for
the ~700 Hz CW sidetone on CW. On RTTY you're at 2125 or so Hz offset, so
that's why you have to turn the 2nd IF PBT to match that. Hope this makes
sense.
