For Sale:
Band Modules for TenTec 555 Scout HF transceiver
These also work in the 556 Argo QRP rig.
Band modules for 160, 80/75, 30, 17, and 10 meters.
All work fine. With paper work for $65 each.
TenTec 297 noise blanker for the 555 Scout
It works great on impulse / ignition type of noise. Not as
great on other kinds. With paper work for $85.
TenTec 296 mobile mount for 555 Scout
Nice clam shell type of mount in very good condition.
With paper work (in case you need it to install a mobile
bracket) for $30.
High Power Antenna Tuner
This TenTec high power antenna tuner will do it all!
It uses an "L" network instead of the "T" network.
This means that there is only one correct match. With the "T"
network, there are many places that will give a 1:1 SWR, but
only one of these positions is best. With the "L" network, this
is not a problem, and results in a tuner that is much more efficient.
It will easily handle full legal power, and has a roller inductor
so one can get an exact match over any of the HF bands,
including WARC bands.
It also has a balun for use with twin lead.
This is not only a tuner. It also has a four position antenna
switch built in, plus an illuminated wattmeter with 200 and
2000 watt positions, and an SWR bridge.
This particular tuner works 100%, and looks close to new.
I can not find a scratch on it. With paper work for $325.
HF wattmeter / SWR Bridge:
Micronta 21-520 A, HF wattmeter with two large meters
This is an HF wattmeter that covers from 3 to 30 MHz, with
full scale power readings of 10, 100, and 1000 watts.
Two LARGE meters -- one reads forward power and one
reads reflected power -- both at the same time. This gives
the same info as some of the cross needle meters, but many
people find it is easier to read.
It has a remote sensor, with about 3 feet of cable to connect
to the meter itself.
This particular meter works fine, and looks like new. It is
still in its original box. $55
Regular hand microphone
Electret Condenser microphone
Generic Black mic, with gray PTT bar. Requires polarizing
voltage. $25
Vibroplex "Brass Racer Iambic" CW Paddle
The Brass Racer Iambic is unique in that there are no
springs in the design. Tension on the paddle is infinitely
adjustable through the use of magnets. The Brass Racer
Iambic is a convenient, keyer paddle unit crafted from
solid brass with a lacquer coated brushed finish
mounted on a hardwood base.
This one works great, is in very nice condition, and
includes cord and paper work for $110.
Cable for paddles
This cable is about 3 feet long, and has 1/4 inch stereo
connector on the end, like used by most rigs. It looks
great. $8
As above, but 1/8 inch plug. $8
Cable for straight key
Similar to cable for paddles, but has a mono 1/4 inch
phone plug on it, as is used with a straight key. $5
As above, but 1/8 inch plug. $5
Heavy duty power supply
Pyramid PS-35
This supply is good for 32 Amps Constant or 35 Amps Surge.
The output voltage is adjustable over a 12 to 15 volt range
with a multi turn pot. It has crowbar over voltage protection,
short circuit & thermal protection and features a pair of nice
large edgewise meters to measure output voltage and output
current. There is an internal fan. This is a very healthy, heavy
duty supply!
This particular unit works 100% and looks very close to new.
$135
Expanded Scale AC Voltmeter
This is an AC Voltmeter with an expanded scale. It reads
from 0 to 150 volts AC, but the scale is expanded so that
one can read in the 120 V area easier. The middle of the
scale is about 95 volts. It is ideal to have in line constantly,
to check your line voltage. This is a Weston Model 476,
and is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, with 3 mounting holes.
Of course it works fine, and looks fine also. $18
Prices do not include shipping from Florida.
Thanks.
