Perhaps some one on the list can shed some light on this. I have written to
Inrad both on their old contact address and their new contact address and get
no reply.
Similarly I see in the catalogue that they mention they have a users reflector
and give their new web address. Seem to be unable to locate any user reflector.
Similarly when I use their search engine it seems to be unable to find even the
simplest of things e.g. TenTec or CW or Filter.
My rant is this: Is the only way to get hold of them through the phone? Does
anyone ever manage to get hold of them by emailing them? What do I need to
think of their "service"?
