No, at the moment we don't have a concrete plan for a new transceiver.
There are good concept prospects we're kicking around at the moment, and
the market research survey we're doing is to bounce some ideas off the
ham population to see what the market thinks. We're quickly wrapping up
the long overdue RX-400 receiver and then it's going to be time to
decide what's next from Ten-Tec for ham radio. Starting with more
updates for existing products, first.
The commentary about the survey has been interesting -- some public and
we've received quite a few direct emails about it. All I'd say at the
moment is don't read too much into what questions are there and how they
are worded or ones that were not asked. The questions that appear are
asked for specific reasons.
