[TenTec] New to Ten Tec

I have held a ham ticket from 1961 but never owned a piece of Ten Tec 
equipment.  So now I'm
looking at some of the Omni D or Corsair models  to purchase and play with.  I 
buy transceivers
for the receiver performance and like anything else opinion varies from Ham to 
Ham.  I need input
about any of those Ten Tec transceiver of that late 70's early 80's era and 
what to look for or
avoid.

I have a Cubic Astro 103 for sale or trade if someone is interested.
