Hey John...
thanx for the tip... a variation on the old "dryer sheets in the green garbage
bag trick"
I traded a very nice IC735 to a person here in Ontario... he shot an email back
(just missed me) complaining VERY unkindly about the smell of smoke... had I
tried the dryer sheets, this would not have happened... my mistake... works
like a charm... I also use rubbing alcohol swabs to nicely clean up the outside
of the rig... also works great...
Incidently, he sent me an IC703 that wouldnt transmit...
