Well...Ozone is a chemical.... it is 03 (subscripted of course) meaning it
is three oxygen atoms linked together. This is unstable, and has a net
charge ( i.e. not neutral) so it is an ion.
Whether you choose to call a molecule a "particle" is another matter.
Particles certainly need not be molecules....and most particles are
relatively large (compared to atoms) and tend to comprise numerous
molecules.
That said, the net charge of any ion, can attract dust.
