OK---I've diagnosed the problem: ME! In my haste I replaced the resistors that were right next to L8 and L7, which I believe are R40 and R43. Having learned at least a little from my folly, would somebody else please take a look at the schematic to verify that the resistors I replace, next to the cans, are R40 and R43 before I order the wrong values to put in there?
