I have two more things to add.
Always buy and sell CONUS only.
If I get any bites on a for sale item and they want it shipped outside of  
the USA I say no deal.
US Postal Money Order is the only way to go.
I take my sold item to the Post Office with the Money Order I received from  
buyer and cash it at the Post Office before I give the clerk the item for  
shipping.
If it is a counterfeit money order they won't cash it and I suffer no harm  
because the item does not get shipped.
