I'd say as good today as it was 10 years ago. Now as to the electrolytic
caps........ they are another story. Likely they will need immediate
replacement. Also the fan will need cleaning and a lube job. If you so
choose to power it up, do so with a Variac at about 10 volts per minute
until you reach line voltage. Listen for any unusual noise and watch for
smoke. Should, at any point, you observe a large and loud explosion, first
obtain laundry service for your trousers, and then prepare to clean the
inside of the power supply area and then replace all the electrolytics.
