[TenTec] Orion, how to tell if sweep mod is done?

Is there another way to know without doing a download, taking the rig apart 
, etc??

If you load version 2.* software and the sweep works, then the mod has been
done. The sweep doesn't work with version 2.* of the software unless the
hardware mod has been done.
