[TenTec] best CW decoder/xmit program for ten tecs

hi, in your experience what is the best cw decoder/transmitter program for ten 
tecs? i'm looking for something simple to use with a computer sound card etc. 
as i get up to speed with my code capabilities. anyone have any suggestions?
