Yes, I held the User 2 button during power on, and the Firmware update screen appeared. One generally does not interrupt a firmware update on computer equipment, so I called Ten-Tec. We tried a few things and then decided to interrupt it. Power off, power on (with User 2 again) and it worked correctly the next time. It was just confused.
