Quite true about downgrading only applying to the higher-end versions of
Vista, and about needing a legal copy of XP Pro. In my case, I'll be using
my copy of XP Pro on both my old laptop, which will become dedicated to
controlling my Orion II and general shack uses, and on the new one, which
I'll use mostly for business. The new Vista software registration will be
used to validate the second use of XP on the new computer until Vista
becomes the more desirable OS....which I realize may be never!
